Note: You do not need a license or permission to use Herb Alpert and Herb Alpert and the Tijuana Brass's master recordings for personal videos created for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram or TikTok.

Official master recording Sync Licenses are required for music recordings used on television and cable shows, films/movies, all streaming platforms (Netflix/HULU/MAX/Disney/Amazon Prime/Paramount+/Starz/Cinemax/Etc.), commercials, advertising, video games and all other uses outside of the personal social channels listed above.

A license and approval will also be needed for all Samples.
